Mark E. Brady is a nearly 40-year member of the fire/EMS service with 36-years of service as a member of the Prince George’s County, Maryland, Fire/Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Department. Brady began his career as a firefighter/EMT with the Branchville Volunteer Fire Companyin College Park, Maryland, where he remains a Life Member. Over the course of his career, he served 15 years in the 911 Communications and Dispatch Center and the past 21 years as the department’s Public Information Officer and Chief Spokesperson. Mark has provided instruction at numerous Fire/EMS trade shows both locally and across the country, presenting and instructing on the role of the PIO and Social Media. His articles and photographs have been published in every major Fire and EMS trade publication. He is an Instructor with the Emergency Management Institute teaching around theCountry on All Hazards Incident Management Team - PIO.
