Morning, Engine 33 is out the door and down the road, they get on thier gear, Brian Stolly talks about being a Kentland man. He is also a D.C Firefigher; we arrive on scene of vehicle accident and the driver is in lots of pain. They stablize her, get her on the gurney and prepared for transport. Back at the Station, a call comes in for a structure fire, both Engine 33 and Rescue 33 respond out the door, we see them from above as the head towards the call. They arrive on-scene, all the neighbors are out and giving directions. They firefighters pull there hose lines down the street and up into the residence. The fire is in the kitchen,Volunteer firefighter Tommy Gibson was behind the wheel of the tower and he has ran the line fo the light system. Fire Chief Tony Kelleher runs the pump on the engine. Inside, they continue to put water on all over the kitchen, the do not want to come back to a re-kindle. Source of the fire, a plumber had just re-piped the kitchen that morning and the wood started smoldering after he life and the fire ignated. Volunteers on Truck 9 from Blatensberg was also on scene.Afternoon, a call comes in for a Gas leak, once they found the leak, another call comes in and they respond, it's a fire alarm, and these; you never know. Then, we ride with one of the live-in volunteer firefighters in the buggy to a Box Call, this could be a fire. it's at the Six Flags Theme park and by the Radio Chatter, it's HUGE.
