At Station 38, we ride with E38 and Medic 38 as they respond to medical calls, including a bus vs. pedestrian accident. When they arrive on-scene, they find that a woman's face was struck by a trolley car. The trolley car always wins. We are then hit by a blackout that keeps the department on this side of town very busy. This is where are the tourist stay and play.
