Welcome to the new website, my name is Jason Robitaille and I am currently the Fire Chief of the Calaveras Consolidated Fire Protection District here in Valley Springs, California.   Like most of you I have a passion for the fire service and take great joy in surrounding myself with talented individuals who crave what our profession has to offer.  I love to challenge the “that’s how we have always done it” approach and am not afraid to try new delivery methods.  My hope with this channel is that we can expand our “kitchen table” discussions into a much larger audience. 

I look forward to hearing/sharing all of our experiences, insight and perspective to this training channel.
